Slow Trash Production

Omschrijving
Slows Trash Production to 1/2 by default, but also creates a file in the Game Directory after you load a map up that you can change.

Location of config file for configurable mod:

Windows - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\slowTrashProduction.txt
Mac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines/slowTrashProduction.txt
Linux - /home/<username>/.steam/steam/SteamApps/common/Cities_Skylines/slowTrashProduction.txt

After the file is created, you can open it up and change the number in the file to the divisor you want for your speed. I.e: 5 for 1/5 trash production. You don't have to completely exit the game for the update to take place, as long as you exit to the main menu and load a new map it will read the new value.

slowTrashProduction.txt doesnt exist... in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines ???

Thanks for the Mod, however, I have searched my computer and the folder path you described in your description above, but I still do not see any TrashProduction.txt for me to edit. Please advise

still working as of snowfall dlc :) also this mod works ON TOP of the realistc consumption and population mod and halves its values further. I only have one wish: could you do the same mod for crime and half the accumulation of it?

Does this work as intendet after the new patch? I see a lot of trash symbols, but I really can't prove if this mod works right or not..? :o

No need to restart map, works fine. Just need to enable the Mod in game after the abo here.
