Gula's In-and-Out Burger (Level 1 growable!)

Updated for After Dark

Down and out, In and out, whatever you call it, this lovely burger pit is yours for the taking.

1024 Maps
~2700 Tri count

This mod coexists with the L1 Commercial buildings on the 3x3 tile (even though it takes up 3x4 space for the back lot). There is no color variation on this, so they will always be the colors you're used to seeing.


Update- I fixed the LOD so that the rooftop actually looks decent now. Also, fixed some of the weird door heights that have always been bothering me.

it will grow in the zone you're getting the mod for, this building is a commercial building, so it will grow on low density commercial zone

Awesome design. Quick question, sorry if its been answered already. Will a modded building listed as commercial, industrial, etc. Grow and spawn randomly? Or must it be manually placed?

@ItsTheSeanzy I actaully REALLY like that little detail you mention, but unfortunately I cant mess with the articulation/rotation of the tree's placement. The game is coded in a way so that the trees are always facing z-Up, unless I replaced the asset with trees that are naturally at an angle. Its quite a bit of work, but, thank you for the suggestion!

You should totally add the signature crossing palm trees. That would be incredible.
