Ok. It's used in a theme I'm using, I guess, at least it came up after I subscribed to 3 or 4 themes.

This is very old stuff, I would not recomend to use this building at all, it works but it uses ugly lowres textures. The error is caused because it is linked to an private objekt. Doesnt matter though, it will just work fine, ignore the error message if you really wanna use the building.

regular assets don´t crash games, its mostlikely some mod interfering with another mod

I think the LOD or texture on this might be incorrect? It looks strange from a distance compared to other buildings.
