Europeans get fancy cultural unions, but as the Creek owning Choctaw lands,
your only options are to wipe them out or live with the wrong culture penalties?
Then this mod is for you! Included features:

*Descisions to form unions for the 3 Algonquian groups, the Iroquoian group, the
Siouan group, the Caddoan group, the Muskogean group, the Sonoran group, the
Na Dene group, & the Penutian group
*Events that change the culture of colonized provinces, to make being a native
cultural union actually useful
*The vanilla descision to Reform the League of Mayapan has been unchanged, but
the Maya tag now functions as a union for the Mayan group
