You need Crystalized_material_pack (4.37mb) in order to play the map without any missing textures/models.

Steps:
1. Paste the "materials" and "models" folder into your ..SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod folder
2. Restart SFM, load up the map (nc_1.bsp).
3 Right click > Draw Game Entities > Other Entities (pic[i.imgur.com])

SFM won't upload some of the custom models/textures used in this map for some reason, even if i pack them into the .bsp it won't work in SFM.

You won't need to download Crystalized_material_pack if you download this map from Sfmlab.
