It's a 60 degree angle. More accurately, it's about 60.0284 degrees, the closest you can get in the asset editor (while on the grid). Connect the ends to make an equilateral triangle, or chain a bunch together to make hexagons. Due to the very slight inaccuracy it's best to place these all along the same line, then connect points manually.

If you want one-way roads, place enough to establish all the intersections you want, then bulldoze and replace one section at a time.
