This is a nice 2x4 family home that will appear at different locations around your city!

It will build in low wealth/low density areas that are zoned residential.

The house comes in 4 different colours, most of which are dark shades.

It features a nice garden with chairs and table, a grill and a small dog house. The front of the house shows a fully working parking location, a swing set with a large overarching tree, a mailbox and satelite dish.

This is a Level 2 house.

hi sorry for this noob question but how can we choose the house in game? i mean we can only make residential aera but not choose residential buidling....
