Podcasting/Radio Microphone IK Rig

A simple script to allow easier use of the podcasting/radio microphone on an arm, you can find that here.

Usage:
Just run it on the animation set as a rig like any other IK rig.
Use the rig_mic_IK control to move the arm.
Rotate rig_swivel instead of moving rig_mic_IK to the sides or it'll look really stupid.
