Description
Hides player indicator and icon for each player on server.

Players are able to change visibility of their indicator and icon.
Chat commands:
hide me
show me

Also hosts are able lock this feature, making indicators always invisible.

I mean, I hosted a server with this mod on with permanent hide but it wasn't hiding. And we were using playable pets, maybe that's the issue

if you have the show indicator, does it have an extended view or does it just go with the default DST settings?
