Flaming Out - teleportation spell

Teleportation spell with flaming body visual effect and delay.

The mod adds two spells:
- Mark teleport destination
- Teleportation (flaming)

It works just like Mark & Recall from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, with the exception that Mark spell doesn't have any visual effect or casting animation.

You can obtain it by activating book lying on a table inside The Arcanaeum in College of Winterhold.
