I managed to fix this mod and get it to work. You have to edit the xml file in a text editor and remove the <DisplayPosition> line from the code. This causes the cities not to disappear and the mod to become more stable.

Regarding the comment about the happiness, all this does is replace the colosseum with a lower production cost variant. Honestly, I think it is a welcome change and it makes sense since igloos can be built from ice and snow. I really like the mod now that I got it to work.

So whenever i build one in any of my cities the city diappears permenantly even after reloading a save the only way to avoid it is just not building it any suggestions?

Well, you can use the saved production time and maintenance cost to get Granaries and Workshops. :)

Honestly the last thing Inuit need is happiness, shouldn't it give some hammers and food?
