Cleanse Thyself

Have you ever wondered why there is no spell for cleaning poisons and diseases, even though there is a potion for it?
I have!

Are you annoyed of ever going to some shrine of any of the Eight (Nine, but don't tell the Thalmor!) just to cure one little disease?
I am!

Do you hate it to efficiently level your Restoration to an acceptable level?
Definitely!

Then today is your lucky day!
You'll be blessed with two brand-new Restoration spells, Cleanse Thyself and Cleanse Others. One cleanses yourself of all diseases and poisons, the other cleanses one lucky NPC of your choice, be it a follower or even a Mudcrab named Bill! It is a bit more than melee-range, but not too far either.

You can either buy it as Adept of Restoration from any merchant that sells Adept Restoration tomes (e.g. Colette at the College of Winterhold) or find it in the Wilderness if you don't want to spend your gold.
Where to find it? Well, I guess somebody has thrown it out of the window. Some clumsy student at the College, perhaps?
