Doesn't seem to work. Maybe i'm just not understanding how but I cant figure out how to get fuel rods INTO the reactors to power this thing.

I had a feeling that might have been the case, because I noticed the lack thrusters needed to support the mass. Somehow I have a feeling an airborne planet miner might not be viable anyway. Mainly because the mass of all the ore will increase your total mass, causing you to fall down. :P

Would this be suitable for planet surface operations? I am trying to come up with a decent mining ship with that capability.
