For the intended solution, I stacked them 5 high and made a really cool machine. I'm not completely happy with the final delivery after they've been stamped but I don't know how else to get them over there quickly. I really like the mechanism I built to manipulate the stamper. Probably too complicated for me to want to rebuild it on the other map. This one clocks in at 112/192

I uploaded the 5.1 so you can optimise this level, but there is an alternative version to solve as i originally wanted.

When going for cycles, I'm at 153/112. I think it can be done in almost half this time but it involves a lot of setup I haven't figured out yet.
