Never mind. It randomly fixes itself sometimes and randomly doesn't sometimes.

The screen is like this maybe cuz my laptop sucks and that I didn't have it in full screen when I tried to, but my mouse's coordination was off and the screen was scrunched too, but I got it fixed afterwards.
