Yup, now you can and have been able to do so for over 3 years.

This is very clever! You should contact the original creator, see if you can submit it to the Team Fortress 2 workshop, maybe Valve could make it another style or a special headshot model!

Sorry not with the current UV layout, the model would have to be complete revamped with new uv maps.
