Very quick, easy Fix!
Very fast way to play in 1080p or any resolution you want.

Here's what you do:

  • Click Library
  • Right-Click SimCity4
  • Click Properties
  • At the bottom, click "Set Launch Options"
  • Type in "-CustomResolution:enabled -r0000x0000x00" - Replace the 0's with the desired numbers.
  • ( For Example "-CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32" )
  • Click OK
  • Click Close
  • Launch the game
  • DONE!

Quick question if my computer has a duel core, and the game runs on one core, how do you account for that in your formula?

not working, i started the game and most of the buildings, especially the ones that appear from a zone dont load and just look black
