Hmm... thats weird. I would talk to some other sound modders and see if they know. Ive never had this glitch with a sound mod.

@Dnabholz Hey, I went and checked the mod ingame, and yes, on first glance it seems the mod isn't working. Although, if you make use of the snd_restart command in the ingame console, the mod works again. It is something to do wwith some errors loading the sound on the first launch. Anyways, if you dont know the command already, heres how to use it :

Open up the ingame console and type "snd_restart" without the quotes to refresh all of your sound mods.

If that works for you, I'd also suggest to bind that command to a key so you dont have to type if every time you start up the game. (i.e. open console and type "bind snd_restart x" and just replace "x" with whatever key you'd like to bind it to.

You will however have to activate that command every time you launch the game to use certain sound mods. I am unaware of why this is the case, not an experienced modder.
