How to Spend Skill Points:
For this build you are going to be (almost) constantly in Release the Beast. When you're not in release the beast you're building Bloodlust stacks to stay in Release the Beast Longer. So the Skill Tree you want to go down is the Mania tree
The first point is always the Action skill.
Optional Skills: If you are starting a new character you can have Light the Fuse but only if you max out Strip the Flesh FIRST this is because strip the flesh will have a 30% increase in damage when default it will be lacking in damage, Light the Fuse causes a massive explosion at the end of the timer giving you a last chance to be revived. I have had it where the FFYL (Fight For Your Life) Timer lasts less than 1 second and survived because of the explosion, Had I not had the skill I would've died. If you are leveling up you may also want Pull the Pin Just incase you die so you can get some extra EXP and if you do I would suggest using a singularity grenade to pull enemies into the blast radius to increase chances of getting a kill. If you are level 72- OP8 then do not go into these skills as they do not do enough for UVHM.
Major Skills:
Empty the Rage: A permanent 20% boost to Melee and a total of 70% when your shield goes down to zero OR you run out of ammo having both does not get you 120%
Feed the Meat: An 50% increase to your health (half your health is then added on) and an increase to shield recharge delay which has a synergy with Empty the Rage because of the more time for a 50% increase though if you follow the gear portion of this build you won't have to worry about shield recharge delay.
Embrace the Pain: A 35% increase to fire rate when shields are down and a straight 5 second delay time to any shield not just a percentage of a shield delay time.
Strip the Flesh: is a good skill in general for those that use explosives anyway like an Unkempt Harold or an Ogre.
Salt the Wound: When you take health damage meaning if you're hit by a melee attack or shot 20 times you get an increase of 7.5% melee damage and 5% shotgun damage adding up to a total possibility of 100% shotgun damage increase and 150% melee damage.
Silence the Voices: This is a 250% percent upgrade to your melee just put on there you have a 12% chance to hit yourself with this damage is this risky? Yes. Is it worth it? YES
Release the Beast: THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL OF THE BUILD this skill has it so when you have a little exclamation point on your health bar then you press the action button (Default F) you get ALL of your health back you turn into a BA (Bad Ass) Psycho and you get 500% increase to melee damage which is all that you can use while in this stage which can last up to 31 seconds if you have the Bloodlust stacks which will be gone over next

Bloodlust Explanation: Bloodlust is a stacking skill that will increase as you deal damage to enemies with a maximum of 100 stacks the bonuses and how much of a bonus that these stacks give you are unlocked via the skills that you put points into and how many points you put into these skills
Blood-filled Guns: This skill increase the maximum amount of ammo you have in your clip at 2.5% per Bloodlust stack meaning that at max this is 250% increase to clip size.
Taste of Blood: Gives a 0.5% damage reduction in Buzz Axe Rampage per stack of Bloodlust and 30 bloodlust stacks per kill while in Buzz Axe Rampage
Blood Overdrive: 2 points these are somewhat throw away points though they can help with melee damage though you may put it anywhere EXCEPT HELLBORN
Bloodbath: 2 points due to trying to even out the points that were throw away of the total 4 points
Buzz Axe Bombardier: This is a strange skill through the mechanics as these counts as grenades which is why it is a good idea to spec 5 into fuel the blood to get the extra grenade damage from the melee damage.
Boiling Blood: This is self explanatory longer time to get more or keep more bloodlusts stacks.
Blood Trance Longer time in Buzz Axe Rampage self explanatory.
Nervous Blood: Faster Reload times meaning you can reload those large clips faster and keep firing!
Bloodsplosion: This is the best Overpowered skill for Krieg this will take the overkill (the damage you do over their health amount) and mulitply it my 5 and creates an explosion this can chain until it gets to the infamous 999999K this is just a major bonus to the build but is not the entire point of the build it's just like a nice little peace of candy at the end.

Rough Rider: This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of any of the gear you have for Krieg and this build. It requires the Hammerlock's Hunt DLC so if you don't have that use a Love Thumper. The Rough Rider is a zero capacity shield made by Jacobs it grants a 20% damage reduction to EVERYTHING and gives almost 1 million health at OP 8 this shield has so much synergy with Krieg it's ridiculous here are his synergies
Feed the Meat: None of the shield delay "Drawbacks"
Empty the Rage: Always have a 70% melee damage increase
Embrace the Pain: Always a 35% fire rate increase
You gain your Buzz Axe Rampage back faster due to the fact that it recharges when you take health damage
Salt the Wound will gain a stack any time you take damage because it is always health damage.
You'll get to Release the Beast faster

Legendary Sickle Class Mod: This is an increase of 5 for all melee damage increasing skills only having 1 skill not in use due to it being in Hellborne
Storm Front This does is a constant DOT (Damage Over Time) grenade which helps build Bloodlust stacks fast gaining multiple stacks every second.

Blood of the Ancients: Increase to health and random weapon type ammo capacity good buff for having Krieg a little more tanky

Guns: Some explosive weapon this can be an Ogre or a Unkempt Harold preferably the Double Penetrating prefix.
No bladed weapons Except a Law or a Rapier though I chose to not use these weapons because I only melee while in Release the Beast though that is a personal preference.
Slag weapon: It can be a Rubi, a Sniper Rifle, a Rapier something with a high slag chance and something that you can shoot a lot of bullets a slag Bouncing Bonnie can also be a good choice just switch it out with the Storm Front before you run into the fray of a fight so you can possibly get a bloodsplosion chain or it will just be easier in to kill people in OP8 though it isn't completely necessary to slag all the enemies.
Shotguns: Interfacer, ♥♥♥ best Shotgun 'nuff said
