That light fixture was stratigecly placed to block what you are trying to do. Find another way.

yeah i can open number 2 but i cant angle the laser because of the light fixture blocking 1 and 3. in the pic the light is horizontal but in the chamber its vertical. tiny hint

They are numbered, so you have to hit #1, then #2, then #3. There is a way to hit #2 before hitting number 1, but it is not an intended way of hitting the target.

i can open the gate but i cant find a way to open the door. i tried to angle the lazer back through the portal but the partition is blocking the 1 and 3.

The intended solution, I never saw a practical way to accomplish that, so i did your unintended solution.

It was made in a responce to a challenge to make the smallest chamber possible. I agree that this would probably be better if it was more horizontle, rather than verticle, but for the challlenge, I'm satisfied with how it came out. Also, you probably did brake it. I stopped myself last minute from taking out an unintended solution because I was getting a lot of good feedback reguarding what people thought was the correct solution. If your solution involved facing the cube downward, you used the unintneded solution. The intended solution involved pointing a laser coming through a portal back through it.

This puzzle was too finnicky for my tastes. It's just hard to see what you are doing. I got out, but fine-tuning the idea would do wonders. Right now I feel like I broke it. Sorry man, don't like this one.
