This game has a limited amount of players every day. It is not LoL or Dota, these two games have a player base 500% bigger than this game.

This is average number of players in-game.
It might happed you might be matched up with people from higher level player base therefore you will die.. a lot.
When in loading screen pay attentation to what infection level you were matched into.
If its above 10 you might expect players will have high level and strong weapons.

Premium service is a boost of weekly gain of Cash points, Gear Points and Charater points.
Premium service does not give you any power boost in game.
It merely gives you a boost which boosts your reward box so you have higher chance of dropping items and materials.

Most players having this icon got it because they bought DLC packs in closed beta, that means they got their reward when they paid for this game, because DI:E in closed beta was not free, if you didnt know how to get in without buying DLC.

All elemental weapons can be awarded by normal playing. They are only higher tier weapons starting from tier 12.

a tier 12 fire fist weapon, you have chance to drop it while playing regulary after your account hits level 32

These weapons might seem unfair right? A paid weapons.. wow.
Well, they might look OP and stuff but actually they are not.
They are just, weapons... you dont need them.. its just few of them, and you can get much, much better ones with playing the game.

These weapons have better perk slots and sometimes better stats but they wont help you win games, if you dont know how to play a game you wont win.
Good point also is that these weapons are only for tier 11 and 13 so they definitely wont help you beat players with tier 16.
Also you can see there are no tier 16 you can buy.
You cant buy level in this game either.

Characters can usually be only bought for cash during their first week of release and then go free for all for character points later. With premium service, new characters can be bough for 11.000 character points prior to their first day of release.
Developers release their characters like this because they simply need money to cover everything, from developement to server renting, and its clearly optional to buy them, and much easier to wait 1 week before buying them for free.

These people are normal players, like anybody else.
They only played the game before it entered beta and therefore they earned this icon. Many of them might also have a premium service active.
Some of them are also very experinced players and some might help you answer your questions about the game because if they played a lot in last months, they know a lot.
