The first item you need is the Phase Bridge, you will need the Phase Bridge to block doors and act as baby gates get at least 3 of these bridges.
The next item you need is the duck bucket, the duck bucket you can put over a baby to keep them from destroying stuff. (The duck bucket can be found in the secret shop (refer to my other guide to find secret shop))

Now that you have the items required, you can have a perfect daycare.
