The first thing you wanna do is make sure you have a team of atleat 3 to 4 players.
Getting a ship captain.
Now your ship needs a captain to watch the cams, after you have decided its time to land the ship, you should consider buying walkie talkies for everyone so you can split up and find scrap faster, it also lets you have communication with the captain.
You now have a fine team.
