At first delete the folder "frosty mod manager", then unhide hidden folders in your windows.

To show hidden folders in Windows, open File Explorer, click the "View" tab, and then either check "Hidden items" (Windows 11) or select "Options" > "Change folder and search options" > "View" tab and choose "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" (Windows 10). You may also want to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" after getting a warning, as these folders are also hidden by default.

Then go to C: > Users > [Your Username] > AppData > Local, then delete the Frosty folder within here, then reinstall the mod manager.
