alternative version of my leak-style combine addon, this makes the standard soldier look like a mix between the 2003 soldier and a piece of concept art i found interesting

this is intended to be used only on the coast chapters (highway 17, sandtraps, nova prospekt) cuz those areas are in the wasteland. i recommend keeping this above above the leak-style combine mod in the mod priority changer, and leaving it disabled until you reach the coast chapters. that was the intended way to use this mod, but you don't have to if you don't want to of course
