You Two Way:

1st Way: Wait. Yeah, after 3-5 sec. you will run atomaticly. but it's bo-o-o-o-oring.

2nd Way: If you're not running press Left Stick "L3/LS" on controller or "V" on Keyboard, you will dash and start running

Haha, very funny. He made a running guide for an NG game that doesn't have attacks in the "While Running" state.
