Start a New Save and just click on your bed to sleep for the night. 100 times. It's actually 400 clicks total, so yeah, have fun with that. What I did notice happening when figuring out to do this, is that the days never passed. It was spring the entire time. So I'm assuming that only story events pass the time?
Overall, since the AI hates walking around...well anything really, this is a surefire way to get the achievement.

If you're going to cheese this achievement, you can save yourself the trouble by editing the save file (also works if you've already had accidents) :
- First, dismantle all the factories within NPCs houses to make sure you don't have more accidents, save and quit the game.
- Go to [User]\AppData\LocalLow\TeenageAstronauts\LittleRocketLab
- Open the .save file with any text editor
- Search for "accident" in the file, you'll find :
"WorkplaceAccidents": [], (remove everything within the square brackets)
and further down :
"DaysWithoutAccident": 99 (replace whichever number you have here with 99)
- Save the file, launch your game, immediately go to bed and boom, achievement.

I wanted to move on with the quests that require you to build inside NPCs houses and there is simply NO WAY to do that without having accidents. You can put all the safety paint and cones you want, they will literally spawn ON conveyor belts and have "accidents" that way so you can't avoid it for most of them.
