Scrubs uses a basic substitution cipher, swapping letters of the English alphabet for laundry signs.
Some letters are missing because I didn't find messages with them in, and I didn't bother to translate everything.

I think there's two ciphers being used at different times.
When I turned in the socks, I got two messages which translated as complete gibberish:
"AUIOQ KLA UIOQAK?LA"
"OAL NAMLA LAU LA"
The question mark one was a plain circle, which would probably fit your cipher list as "J"
Talking afterwards, I got "YOUR SOCKS SMELL REALLY BAD" which definitely did translate correctly.
