-Open Steam.

-Navigate to VRChat

-Click “Uninstall.”

Take a deep breath. You’re free now.

Step 2: Fill the Void

VRChat leaves a hole. Fill it before it fills you again.

-Pick up a new hobby: gym, drawing, writing, reading, literally anything.

Step 3: Therapy

This game has done damage. It’s okay to admit it.

-Accept your past self. Move on.
