1. start the game
2. at the world map walk up, behind the fulfillment center, and after that you may see a van. if you dont see one look a bit more.
3. punch the van and it should blow up
4. after that you should see an item in front of it, pick it up
5. use it
6. now you run weirdly, and now everyone you go near calls the police on you
