Quick Introduction
This guide CONTAINS SPOILERS.

With Update 1.5 for The Watcher, our beloved Rain World received 13 new achievements! They're not particularly difficult and you can probably unlock them all in one go, though their descriptions aren't very helpful, making it hard to pinpoint exactly what you need to do to unlock them - That's what I'll be covering in this guide! I'll describe the requirements for each achievement!
Astray
Astray
One of the first achievements you'll get. It requires you to use a Warp Point for the first time, which you'll do after completing The Prologue.
Bad Warp
Bad Warp
You earn this achievement by creating a Bad Warp. To do this, you need to have maximum Ripple level 3 and no karma flower reinforcement. Holding Special + Up will form a new path.
This achievement cannot be obtained if the player has encountered The Void Weaver for the 4th time. This action changes the way new paths are formed, making it impossible to perform a Bad Warp
Mindless swimmers and floaters
Mindless swimmers and floaters
To get this achievement, you have to die for the first time from a Ripple Spawn. Specifically, from a Ripple Amoeba, the larger, worm-like creatures. At the maximum Ripple level 7, Watcher will create rifts that spawn Ripple Jellies and Ripple Amoebas. A similar effect can be achieved in Ripple Space. Just stand still, Ripple Amoebas will find you.
Through the ripple
Through the ripple
To get this achievement, you need to enter the Ripple Space. This is an ability you gain at the maximum Ripple level 9. Your current Ripple level must be 9, otherwise Watcher will use the camouflage ability.
Blossom
Blossom
To earn this achievement, you need to meet The Prince for the first time. After awakeing The Prince in The Throne, meeting their puppet should grant the achievement.
For saves prior to Update 1.5 where Ending B has already been done, this achievement is unlockable during Ending D (True Ending), where The Prince gives the player a Mark of Communication
The Weaver
The Weaver
To get this achievement, you have to encounter The Void Weaver. This is a new character added in Update 1.5. The Void Weaver's presence is indicated by golden feathers on the Region Map.
Pictures of the Past
Pictures of the Past
To get this achievement, you need to get to Ancient Urban. The Warp Point for this region is located in Shattered Terrace and requires Ripple level 9. It's tied to one of the endings.

Speaking of Ancient Urban, the next achievement involves the projector located in WAUE_PEARL room. It's a device that allows you to read pearls. Simply read any pearl and it should unlock this achievement. It doesn't require the Mark of Communication.
A path. A purpose.
A path. A purpose.
To obtain this achievement, you have to seal any Warp Point. You receive this ability after your 4th encounter with The Void Weaver. Passing through any Warp Point outside of Ripple Space will seal it and earn you the achievement. It's related to one of the endings.
Spinning Top
Spinning Top
To get this achievement, you need to finish the campaign with Ending A. As the name suggests, it's related to Spinning Top.
The Prince
The Prince
To get this achievement, you need to finish the campaign with Ending B. It's related to The Prince and requires infecting every infectable region with Sentient Rot.
Ending B must be completed before the 4th encounter with The Void Weaver. Otherwise, the player will receive abilities that work opposite to what is required to complete it, making it impossible to earn the achievement.
An understanding.
An understanding.
Obtaining this achievement requires completing the campaign with Ending C. It's related to The Void Weaver and requires sealing every Warp Point outside the Ripple Space.
The Choice
The Choice
This achievement requires completing the story via the True Ending (Ending D). It requires completing Ending A and C and awakening The Prince. Visiting a special room in Daemon should trigger this ending after meeting the requirements. This same room also acts as a progress tracker.
Ending
Aaaaaaand that would be it!
If there are any mistakes anywhere, I would be very grateful for your feedback!

Yep! I played on a save that was completed before the 1.5 update and got this achievement.
There are two ways to get this achievement!

Just to clarify, I completed Ending B (The Prince) before the update, so are you saying that I can still get the ''Blossom'' achievement in Ending D?

I Fixed some mistakes with the requirements for some achievements. Everything should be 100% correct now. Thank you so much for your feedback!!! <3

It's so cool that going to weaver first locks you out of the prince and therefore the true ending. Great design. Fuck this dlc

Thank you for this, I'm currently missing the prince achievement because I did the weaver thing first and now I can't do the prince stuff q q, I wish there was a way to bad warp after encountering the weaver 4 times
