Persistent Molotov Idle Sound Fix

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Fixes a bug where the idle sound used for the molotov will continue to play after it has been dropped while equipped.

This is a VScript, so it must be installed on a local or dedicated server.

@Pyromaniax Thanks, I've updated the addon to address this. See the change notes for details.

This should hopefully cover the remaining cases. The only time the sound wont stop now is when you pick up a second pistol, due to another bug related to game events. I'll try to investigate a workaround for this.

The bug also happens when you pick up weapons and carriable items while having the molly out, basically any item that makes you swap the current held item to the new one
