PSA: Post Patch Help
Here's a fix for you

1. Open properties on the game
2. Open Launch Options
3. Paste -ClearPSODriverCache into the command line
4. Close it
5. Lauch game and redo shaders
6. Continue game for about 5 mins and then quit to desktop
7. Remove command line and relaunch

I am running on a Nvidia 2060 (FML) and I got it working with this

Thanks, this worked for me too.

@BoozeMan because the command line flushes GPU shader cache. If you dont remove it after, you will be going through shader generation process over and over again.

Why is it necessary to remove the command line after 5 mins? just curious

I have used the original game (it told me) for 55 hours without an issue (gtx1070, 4K, 20fps)
Since the new patch .. 5 crashes in 2 hours. I will try this.

Thanks! Worked very well. Got 40-50fps after the patch with intense input lag, now its resolved, back to 60+
