As you can see natively DOI support up to 150 MB files transfert via web server..
How to fix?!:

-maxdownloadfilesizemb 1024


we simply increase from 150 MB to 1GB the default client limitation..

Why using web server instead of Steam Workshop?
steam workshop is badly optimized especially on DOI:

Due to amouunt of custom maps selection loading time was up to 4-5 minutes resulting of client timed out tested on both linux & windows server so far..
