That's so awesome! My wife & I dumped hundreds of hours into MT1 so MT2 coming out and being as great as it is has been a blast. Super stoked to hear people are enjoying it - keep up the good runs man =)
I forgot to reply that yes, Banished are a pretty easy clan to fit in with others, particularly since almost any clan can benefit from Ascend/Descend effects, and Damage Shields are very powerful in MT2. Punk Trampler & Cursed Twinblade/Deathmetal Hymnist can be insane buffs for other clans, too.
I appreciate the kind words... that was my intent all told, because I think it helps players improve at the game. If you believe that only x strategy or y card works, you'll potentially miss out on many other tricks and combos to succeed in the game. MT2 puts a series of challenges up for the player, and gives you a big sandbox of tools for trying to solve them! So far we haven't hit any insurmountable roadblock, so I want players to feel like they have some control over their destinies =)
Phew, you know you're right, an Artifact section would probably be quite helpful. I haven't started the Awoken guide yet, I'll think about if I should consider doing Artifacts instead. I appreciate the feedback~
That's awesome Altentio, congratulations on the big accomplishment! =) Dominion Pyre Talos is such a delight, skipping past her awful card and drafting better units to make sure of her paths. Malicka's Pyre is a ballsy choice, so great job! (I think it's quite fun and tends to be awesome on Spell cards, but can be frustrating when it gives a terrible upgrade to Banner units). We often go Savagery with Fel unless her sub-clan isn't a good match for it, since she and her Shifty-buddies like to Attack a lot. Otherwise, the "useful in every clan" Pyre hearts of Herzal's Hoard, Lifemother's Pyre, and Fhyra's Greed come out.
