Hey Adam,

I tried it and I didn't have any freezes or scroll lock. Can you please check if you're on the main release channel and not the beta one? Also you could try running steam as admin or not and see if that changes anything. If all that doesn't help you could try a Steam reinstall (it keeps the games you downloaded).
