Ok so when you spawn, walk straight forward until you hit the bend. Turn right and look into the window of 425's office. He somethimes doesnt spawn so just repawn, do the same thing and eventually, you will see him. He is quite quick and he walks past the window of 425's office (said that before).
Thats all there is to see him.

Sandvich Unicorn, I tried for a few times but the one time I saw him it wasn't with that particular opening sentence. So for me the opening sentence had nothing to do with it. :/

When the narroator says "wait is this stanley's office?" look throught the window and the guy will be there!

The map is randomized every restart, so sometimes you have to turn right, sometimes left. But it doesn't matter, simply go to office 425 a few times and eventually he will appear.
