100% achievement guide for Borderlands 4 - [Potential Spoilers].

I will do my best to keep this guide up-to date when/if more achievements are added with future DLC or updates.

Specific steps will be added over time for achievements that may require further details (though most are pretty self explanatory anyway).

Cut That Out
Find the cutout of Dr. Patricia Tannis.

This is located in the north west region of The Fadefields in The Howl. From a shack, shoot the barrels around the area in the following order: green (corrosive), light blue (cryo), red (incendiary), blue (shock), yellow (radiation).
All Things Vend
Deliver the contents of the Legendary Vending Machine.

This one can technically be missed on a playthrough. Find and follow through the steps of the side quest 'Vend of the Line' found in Carcadia. When you get to the final area in the cave, make sure to SELL THREE GREEN WEAPONS and then buy a legendary weapon from the Legendary Vending machine.



Rift Incompatible
Find Oddman's final resting place.

First, you must choose to PUNCH him (NOT shoot) during his associated quest 'Exit Through the Rift Shop'. After completing his quest, Oddman can then be found just south-east of Umbral Foundry in the Windspear region (see screenshots).



Guac is Extra
Find Dave the Burrito.

In order to find Dave the Burrito, you must find and shoot 15 small burritos found throughout Dominion (city region of the map). There is a great, detailed guide that you can find here on Gamerant written by Jake Fillery.
