To defeat General RAAM in Gears of War, utilize the Torque Bow to disperse his Kryll shield, then switch to the Lancer or Longshot to land headshots while he's vulnerable. Alternatively, exploit the Troika turret in the train car for sustained fire when RAAM gets close. Co-op play with a Torque Bow and Longshot user can significantly speed up the fight.

As demonstrated below:

1. Torque Bow and Lancer/Longshot Combo:

-Start by using the Torque Bow to remove the Kryll shield protecting RAAM. 
-Immediately switch to the Lancer or Longshot and aim for headshots while the Kryll are dispersed. 
-Repeat this process as RAAM regains his Kryll shield. 
-Be aware that the Kryll shield will return after a short time, so time your attacks accordingly.
 
2. Exploiting RAAM's Vulnerability:
-When RAAM gets close, he may stand still and become vulnerable to sustained Lancer fire, especially if you can land active reloads. 
-Grenades can also be effective when RAAM is in close proximity. 

3. Co-op Strategy:
-In co-op, one player can focus on using the Torque Bow to clear the Kryll, while the other player uses the Longshot for precision headshots. 
-This allows for a more efficient and faster takedown of RAAM. 

4. Troika Turret (Optional):
-If you reach the end of the train car, you can utilize the Troika turret for sustained fire against RAAM. 
However, be mindful of the Kryll and time your shots when RAAM is not protected. 

5. Patience and Timing:
-The fight against RAAM requires patience and timing, as he is a challenging boss. 
-Utilize cover effectively and don't be afraid to retreat to a safer position if necessary.
