Smart FPS Cap

Have you ever wished Terraria didn't run at 60 FPS while you're tabbed out or idle on the pause menu? This mod fixes just that by automatically capping your FPS so you can develop mods, check socials, or do whatever else without unnecessarily using your GPU.

Unfortunately, the FPS cap won't take effect while idling on the title screen.
