Partially Fixed Heaven Smile voices for the Common Infected (Killer7)

Once upon a time, I was trying to find a mod for my Friends-Only NIGHTMARE collection and I found a mod that replaces the common infected babbling with Heaven Smile from Killer7. I was in Awe! While I haven't spend 100 hours to the game (Killer7). I remember the theme, the personas, the Heaven smile itself, their laugh might fit edgy theme of my Modpack!
It does! Then...

Demon screeching, the nightmare of a modded sound file. A sound that could make your ears bleed if you were ignorant about your volume. I would like to turn off the mod, but the authentic sound of the Heaven smile, kept me on. And I had enough... I have to fix it.

So, here's your PS2 Slop, kids.

This is my first experience to fix and mod something like this. It's a little clunky and it definitely took some time (around 2 days). But I like it
