For these 3 achievements, I've put it into one group:

We'll start with...

「」Player Actions

Car Accident:
You crashed into a car

At the very start of the game, during the driving segment, just crash into one of the cars that drive towards you in the opposite lane as you're nearing the gas station. This will result in a bad ending, and the achievement unlocking.

Annoying:
You annoyed the business guy

After speaking with the attendant inside the gas station's store, find the only other person inside. Talk to him, and the achievement will unlock as you finish the conversation.

Backpack:
You found the backpack

As you reach the house with the wire fence, you'll see a backpack on the ground next to it. The main character will comment on it. Interact with the backpack to unlock the achievement.
