Here is a list of the cards that can not be picked from the normal battles and shops. Useful if you are going to collect all the cards.

Tarot Cards : Can only get from the Fortune Teller event, exactly twice per game.
Zeroes, Negative 1's and Negative 11's, 1 and 11 of Nothings : Can only be created from the Counterfeiter event in the Tavern.
Ones : From the starting deck of Giant Rat's Deck or created from the Counterfeiter above.
Jack, Queen, King and Ace of Nothings : From the starting deck of Nothings Deck.
Minor 5's : From the starting deck of the four Signature Decks, or from the Counterfeiter event in The Dungeon, or from the Overdue Taxes event in Head Office.
Red Card : Can not be added to your deck at all and can only be created by the Yellow Card for the current battle only. (Does not need to be worried since it shares its collective stat as Yellow Card.)

All the cards not listed above can be collected from the battle rewards and bought from shops normally.
