where can I find the prop for the lights for the cars in this pack? I subbed to Photon but the lights the pack just say "error" What should I do??

Alright knob,

You know that this isn't how Photon works right? Like Nebula said, Photon is code that tells the lights where they belong, how they flash, how big and small. The vehicles aren't included UNLESS either;
• The vehicle creator includes it.
• The photon creator makes a deal with the vehicle maker.

We cannot possibly include the vehicles within our Photon code, because then the vehicle creator would DMCA our addon, because we've stolen their work and included it within our code.
