Hey everyone! Welcome to my GTA Vice City completions guide. This is my first time writing a guide on steam so if you can add this guide to your favourites and leave a +rep on my profile it would be much appreciated. If I make any mistakes or provide any misinformation please feel free to let me know. I will make sure to correct and update the guide as required. Now without wasting much time let's cut to chase.

You can follow this guide step by step or read it all and then start your playthrough but make sure to read info on the missable achievements so that you don't end up wasting a lot of your time and effort. There are a total of 4 achievements (5 if you count Rockstar Club Accomplishments, read the note below for information on it) that you can miss in this game.If you miss any achievements don't worry try to find the links to save files specially for those missions so you can repeat them and get the achievement. Please note that you can still hit 100% in your original save even if you miss those achievements and then you can download save files from internet to repeat the missions that have the missable achievements. I would recommend you to finish the achievement as you go as there are only 4 missable achievement on steam and 1 missable accomplishment of Rockstar Social Club.
There are 43 total accomplishments on Rockstar Social Club and only 34 achievements on steam. All the 34 achievements are also in the accomplishments so you will finish them both together but there are additional 9 accomplishments which I have included in this guide. Only 1 of those 9 accomplishments is missable. I have mentioned this accomplishment separately in missable achievements section.

Before moving on with the guide I would like to mention GTASnP[gtasnp.com], a website that can be greatly helpful to you through out your playthrough.
How to use the website:

• Visit the website and upload your game save file from Documents/Rockstar Games folder on windows and that's all.

How is this website helpful:

• The website will provide you with full game checklist.
  
• The website will tell you which things you are missing.
  
• The website will provide you with a map of all the collectibles, stunt jumps, rampages and store robberies you are missing.
  
• Your uploaded save file stays on the website for a whole month and you can even share it with friends.

You will be mainly using this to track your progress and look for collectibles and other stuff you are missing.

When you upload your save file to GTASnP[gtasnp.com] you can see this checklist and also see what you are missing but I will still include this checklist in the guide as these are all the activities and missions you need to do for 100% completion.

If you have read and gone through the checklist above. You might also want to read this bits of information I have provided here.

• The Missions Four Iron, Demolition Man, Rub Out (Story Missions) & G-Spotlight (Property Mission) are the four missions with 4 missable achievements.
  
• You cannot buy assets until you complete the Shakedown Story Mission. You can still buy the Safe Houses from early game.
  
• To unlock the last missions i.e. Keep "Your Friends Close..." you must buy and complete missions for 7 assets/businesses and one of them must be Print Works. Although all of them are to be done for 100%.
  
• Try to do Vehicle Missions early as they give you some kind of reward like more health etc.
  
• To start and play the 6 street races, you must buy the Sunshine Autos asset/business and in the underground parking of that asset you will find a map with a pink marker where you can start these races from.
  
• 3 Unique Stunts are locked behind the missions "G-Spotlight". So, you might want to wait until then to start the unique jumps or you can finish the rest of the jumps and do these 3 during or after the "G-Spotlight" Mission.
  
• The 4 Chopper Checkpoint missions involve getting into a Chopper and picking up a few checkpoints within a time limit the one mission in Downtown is unlocked after "G-Spotlight" mission or you can start it early with a trick but I'd suggest you to wait until then as it is not much important.
  
• The Trial By Dirt and Test Track are both different Off-Road Mission but I mentioned them in the same column as they are very similar and can be started from same place. They are both very easy as there is no time limit.
  
• The Ammu-Nation Shooting Range is closed early game and is only accessible after you finish "The Shootist" asset mission of Malibu Club.

This game has a total of 34 achievements and 4 of them can be missed on steam and one of Rock Star Social Club if you are not careful. Make sure to always save your game so you can reload back if you fail to get the achievement. The list of missable achievements and how to get them is attached below.

Iron-y
Kill the property developer with a Golf Club during "Four Iron".
17.1% of players have this achievement

You can get this achievement during Four Iron mission. Four Iron is the first mission given to Tommy by property developer Avery Carrington. When you enter the Golf playground all your weapons will be left outside at the security gate. Take a right after entering into the playground and pick up the golf club. Now go straight for your target ignoring his bodyguards just hit him 4-5 times and he will be dead and you can just escape right away no need to fight with his guards.

Chopper’d Up
Kill all hostile NPCs during the mission "Demolition Man" using the RC chopper’s blades.
10.0% of players have this achievement

You can get this achievement during Demolition Man mission. Demolition Man is the second mission given to Tommy by property developer Avery Carrington. This time you will have to plant 4 bombs in a building withing 7 minutes using a toy RC chopper. To get this achievement you will have to kill all the workers and guards in the building using the blades of the toy chopper. You can do so by tilting the chopper a bit in their direction and the blades will cut them on contact. There are a total of 15 people you have to kill in the building.
Note: The timer will not start until you pick up your first bomb. So I highly recommend you go and kill all the workers in the building and get the achievement and then start doing your mission without any hassle.

Salutations My Little Friend
Use the M4 to take out Diaz during the mission "Rub Out".
19.2% of players have this achievement

You can get this achievement during Rub Out mission. Rub Out is a mission given to Tommy by Lance Vance from outside Ricardo Diaz's mansion on Starfish Island. You will have to kill Diaz with a M4 in this missions. I don't remember correctly but you should get this gun during the start of the mission as Lance gives it to you in the cutscene. If you are not sure which gun is M4 just hold TAB on the keyboard and a weapon select wheel will pop up on the screen and you can read the names of the weapons you have from here.

Not my First Time
Complete mission "G-Spotlight" without falling from the rooftops.
12.6% of players have this achievement

You can get this achievement during G-Spotlight mission. G-Spotlight is not a main mission in the story but it is needed for 100% completion. You will be able to buy various assets/businesses after mid game in GTA VC. One of those assets is Interglobal film studios. After buying a asset there will be a few missions that you will have to finish before you can earn money from that business. The Film Studio has 4 total missions and G-Spotlight is the last mission in the series. You will have to jump across multiple buildings using your bike without falling off and you will get this achievement after you finish the said mission with this requirement.
Note: Tommy can fall off his bike but make sure he and his bike does not fall off the rooftops. Also it is pretty easy to do this mission without falling of the roofs but make sure you don't damage your bike enough so that it fires up as there is no replacement once you start.

Only do this if you are going for 100% accomplishments on Rockstar Social Club.

Baked Distractions
Highjack the tank without alerting the army first, during "Sir, Yes Sir!".
Not a Steam Achievement

You can get this accomplishment during Sir, Yes Sir! mission. Sir, Yes Sir! is a mission given to Tommy by retired army colonel Juan Cortez. Cortez will ask tommy to steal a certain military equipment in the mission. This equipment is actually a tank and to get the achievement you must steal the tank without alerting the military. Once you are in the tank they will be alerted but you will already get the accomplishment. To steal the tank you will have to follow it until the military officers will stop at a intersection to fetch a donut at this point the tank will stop and you can just enter it and drive away. The accomplishment should pop once you are in the tank.
Note: You must not touch any military officer while getting in the tank either. I failed it on my first try because while getting in the tank I touched a officer standing right beside the door. Make sure don't touch him and just enter the tank when it stops.
Note: This Accomplishment or any other Rockstar Social Clubs accomplishment is not required to unlock Kingpin achievement(Unlock all achievements).

These are the rest of the Social Club Accomplishments that you can do if you wish to.

Put 'Em Up
Knock off 15 stores
This is not a Steam Achievement.

There are a total of 15 stores you can rob in Vice City. You can use the map provided by GTASnP[gtasnp.com] after you upload your save to check locations for all of these and see which ones you are missing. To rob a store enter the store empty handed and then point at the shopkeeper. You will slowly obtain wanted level for robbery I suggest shooting the shoopkeeper when you have 2 star wanted level and then change your clothes if there is a icon nearby or go to pay'n spray to lose the heat. It will still count as a robbery even if you stop at 2 stars.

Offender
Attain 50 wanted stars
This is not a Steam Achievement.

Retro Lewk
Wear every outfit in the game at least once.
This is not a Steam Achievement.

I highly recommend ignoring this accomplishment until you have 100% completed the game. As you will get to wear most of the outfits during the missions and the last one will unlock at 100% in Diaz's mansion. I believe there are a total of 12 outfits and you will wear most of them in missions and the rest during the store robberies if you change the clothes to whatever cloth icon is outside the store. One of the outfit(Mr. Vercetti) will unlock after you buy The Pole Position Club asset.

Scouring the City
Find 50 hidden packages.
This is not a Steam Achievement.

Break it Up
Cause $500,000 in property damage
This is not a Steam Achievement.

You will eventually do it, you can just get inside a Rhino(Tank) and keep destroying cars.

Target Practice
Perform 50 headshots
This is not a Steam Achievement.

Prime Real Estate
Purchase all properties
This is not a Steam Achievement.

Vice Vice Baby
Complete the Cherry Popper dealer subgame.
This is not a Steam Achievement.

Cherry Popper is one of the assets available to buy for tommy after a certain point in the story. After you buy the property get into the Ice Cream Van and sell 50 Ice creams(they are actually selling drugs, the ice cream is just the front of the business). You will gain heat after every 4-5 sales. I recommend doing it close to a pay'n spray so you can lose your heat when it is at 2 star or fewer.

You will get these achievements by simply playing the game and doing all the missions.

Legal Counsel
Complete the "Riot" mission.
51.7% of players have this achievement

South American Connection
Complete the "Supply & Demand" mission.
34.9% of players have this achievement

Life of the Party
Complete the "All Hands on Deck!" mission.
29.7% of players have this achievement

Tommy Two-Wheels
Complete the "Hog Tied" mission.
24.8% of players have this achievement

Chauffeur
Complete the "Publicity Tour" mission.
24.3% of players have this achievement

Big Heat from Little Havana
Complete the "Trojan Voodoo" mission.
24.2% of players have this achievement

Gun for Hire
Complete all assassination contracts.
18.0% of players have this achievement

Info: The assassinations contracts are the missions that you receive from the payphone and there are a total of 5 of these telling Tommy to assassinate someone.

Mischief Managed
Complete the "Keep Your Friends Close..." mission.
18.0% of players have this achievement

This is the list of other steam achievements that you will get after performing certain tasks. Most of these will still be unlocked just by playing the game normally.

Done it All
Earn 100% completion.
6.5% of players have this achievement

Kingpin
Unlock all achievements.
5.8% of players have this achievement

Bull in a China Shop
Cause $1,000,000 in property damage.
10.1% of players have this achievement

Vice City Mogul
Own 10 properties.
15.6% of players have this achievement

Daredevil
Complete 36 unique jumps.
6.8% of players have this achievement

I'm Famous!
Earn the Stuff of Legends media attention rank.
7.4% of players have this achievement

Just enter a Tank(Rhino) and keep destroying cars. Took me like 5 minutes at best.

Born in the 80’s
Listen to all music stations at least once.
7.3% of players have this achievement

I highly recommend doing this when you are doing you 100 taxi passengers. Just put a radio station listen to it for at least 5 minutes and make sure that if a song or talk show is going on you wait for a new song/talk show to start and then listen it till end. A Lot of people have hard time with this.

Somebody Call the Wambulance?
Complete Paramedic Mission level 12.
10.4% of players have this achievement

Running Rampant
Complete Vigilante mission level 12. (Cops Missions)
10.0% of players have this achievement

Pie Guy
Deliver 10 pizzas.
13.0% of players have this achievement

To start the mission look for the pizza bike besides pizza stores. You only need to deliver 10 pizzas for this achievement but you must complete all 10 level of this delivery for 100%. I recommend doing it early in the game as this gives you 150 Max HP instead of base 100 HP.

Point A to Point B
Drop off 25 passengers driving the taxi.
11.7% of players have this achievement

Only 25 drop-offs are required for this but you must drop-off 100 passengers for 100%.

High Quality H2O
Extinguish 10 fires.
11.3% of players have this achievement

Find a Fire Truck and extinguish 10 fires. You get the achievement at 10 fires but you must complete 12 levels of this for 100% and you will also get fire immunity if you do 12 levels.

Greasy Palms
Use a police bribe to reduce your wanted level.
48.4% of players have this achievement

When you have a wanted level you can pick up a police bribe(A star like circular thing) and reduce the wanted level by 1. You will get the achievement when you do it for the first time. The bribes have their spawn locations throughout the Vice City.

Catch Me if You Can
Achieve a six-star wanted level.
15.2% of players have this achievement

You can only get maximum of 4 stars early in the game, later that rises up to 5 when you unlock starfish island and later 6 at some point. I recommend doing it close to end game.

Bloodstained Hands
Earn the Butcher criminal rating.
13.9% of players have this achievement

I don't know why it says Criminal Rating but you need a certain amount of money to raise your criminal rating. You can check your criminal rating in the stat window when game is paused. Butcher is earned at 10,000 Criminal Rating.

Take the Cannoli
Earn the Godfather criminal rating.
8.2% of players have this achievement

This is a very tough achievement but can be done early in the game with the 'Crazy Cone' method. It is not the easiest way to make money in the game though but it does the deal. Other ways to do this are to keep doing vigilante missions with a Rhino(Tank) or a Hunter(Military Chopper).

Grand Theft Auto
Retrieve every wanted vehicle at Sunshine Autos Import Garage.
12.8% of players have this achievement

Sunshine Autos Import Garage is also one of the assets that you can purchase later in the game. After purchasing the property if you go down to the parking there will be a list of 6 cars that the garage needs. If you find and deliver all the cars to the garage the list will refresh with a new list. There are a total of 4 lists and 24 cars you need to bring. This is also required for 100% completion.

Don't Need Roads
Hit max speed in a Deluxo.
10.9% of players have this achievement

When you finish the first list of 6 vehicles at Sunshine Autos. A Deluxo will spawn inside the Garage. Just take the car and go to the airport where you can speed it up to max on the long highway.

Just Like the Real Thing
Win the RC Bandit Race.
9.6% of players have this achievement

Winning this is also required for 100% completion. You can start the race by entering in a Top Fun van at the Beach close to the North Point Mall. (On the top of the Mall parking there is another Top Fun van and you can do that race as well after you finish this. The last top fun van is at the airport)

One is Better Than Two
Perform a 30 second wheelie.
8.6% of players have this achievement

To perform a wheelie(a lot of people prefer Sachez but I did it with PCJ-600) get on a bike and go to the beach. Hold down the key you have set for wheelie and then smash the forward key. Don't let bike touch the ground for 30s.

Keepie-Uppy Okie Dokie
Earn a high score of 5 with the Keepie-Uppy Beach Ball.
7.9% of players have this achievement

When you unlock the Starfish Island one of the houses has a beach ball in a empty swimming pool. If you walk over the ball(hitting it with feet), the ball will rise up in the air, hit the ball 5 times in a row to unlock this achievement. It is very easy to do just keep looking up at the ball and move accordingly, takes some practice but very easy,
