This guide will charge Baldi based on US fines, as the game was made in the US.

1. Super Doors - These can easily crush someone.
2. Leaky steam valves - Someone could inhale the steam, and that wouldn't be good.
3. Vents - Someone could inhale the fumes IN the vents, and that ALSO wouldn't be good.
4. Conveyor belts - Someone could trip and get severely injured, especially in the designated room FULL OF CONVEYOR BELTS. WHY??
5. Roto-halls - Someone could put their leg in as it turns and get severly injured.
6. Super Schoolhouse shifting - The Super Schoolhouse moves it's rooms and hallways around to form new layouts, and if someone is inside as that happens, they will most likely die.
7. Having others present during all of this - Every one person is another charge of negligence.

  The Student Shuffle event shows there is a nigh uncountable amount of possible students, so I will count all Students as just 1. - 14

8. Baldi's fog machine - A fog machine should not be allowed in the school.
9. The leak - This leak should be patched, and the use of the word 'again' in Baldi's message proves this isn't the first time this has happened. (How big is this leak anyway?)
10. Baldi's 'newest invention' - ...
11. Having the elevators close right as you get close - That is a safety hazard.
12. Having the power be able to go out really easily - That is a crisis.
13. Having a lightbulb testing room in public - You could touch the ceiling, then *ZAP*.
14. Hosting an open house with all of this going on.
15. Having boulder traps. What was the thought process behind this??
16. Hosting a party while school is in session - This can be seen as unprofessional and disrupt usual activities.
17. Having the Match Machine's pillars able to crush someones hands as they close.
18. Hiring really, really bad staff - They will not help run the school good, at all.

Assuming this is monthly, and that Baldi pays his 5 employees equally, each employee gets paid $3.33 per day. Everyone doesn't leave the building EVER, so they get paid $0.14 per hour. That is far under minimum wage.

Sentence 20 years + $1,000 per violation = $5,000 fine

Baldi has commited the following:
Aggravated Assault
Stalking
Sabotage
34 charges of Negligence.
Wage Theft.

Sentence: 400 years + $25,000 fine + loss of Teacher's License
