Many guides help you optimize speed or RPM (4200+) and tell you to leave the simulation running with that configuration in order to boil 10 L of water (Steam Freak) or attain other achievements. Often this is not optimal as I found out that my flow rate was only 10 cc per minute or about 0.6 L per hour.

To make the water boil faster, you should lower the boiler pressure by opening the throttle, setting the relief valve to low, while maintaining heat input at 100%.

I was able to obtain 50+ cc per minute or over 3 L per hour while maintaining 2400+ RPM. This should allow you to achieve Steam Freak within 3~4 hours by leaving the simulation on in the background.

If you would like to achieve both 1 million revolutions (Time for a Rebulid) and Steam Freak in approximately the same amount of time, try adjusting the setup to maintain an RPM between 2400 and 4200 and a flow rate between 10 cc and 50 cc per minute. Good luck!
