Report a translation problem
right bottom of your screen there should be a up arrow next to your calendar, click that, then right click steam and then exit steam.
After you moved the files you can start up steam again.
Then don't unzip the folder you download and in Vortex in the mods tab you can drag and drop the zipped file to the bottom and from there it should install it.
Then in game use O to change settings, some settings only show up in actual game (loaded character)

Just leave the adult mods away in your download list.
