Buildable Cosmogenesis Fallen Empire Ships

This is a very simple mod that just makes the cosmogenesis fallen empire ships able to be researched by regular empires with the enigmatic engineering AP.

They are rare technologies though, and I have them to only be accessible in midgame - endgame. No year limit though, so if you somehow research the necessary prerequisite technologies in 2204, then you can research them.

AI can research them too if they choose the enigmatic engineering AP, but have less of a chance to get the option than human player.

Please keep in mind that fallen empires will still get angry at you as always

Will work with all mods, including More Cosmogenesis Ships. (except mods that explicitly edit cosmogenesis technologies)

you need machine age for this to work at all, and you need apocalypse for the titan to work
