Simply finish the game by walking through the dreamscape and making a wish at the end. This is the main progression achievement and cannot be missed

Interact with all the fish by pressing "E" to make them disappear

Collect all the yellow flowers like this one on the map

End.

maybe nice to know. there are 10 yellow flowers in total (or at least that's the sum i've interacted with to get the achievement)
